Machineworthy provides editorial discovery information “as is.” Listings, scores, pricing, availability, and source links can change. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, medical, security, procurement, or investment advice. Evaluate products and contracts yourself.
Submissions and corrections
You may submit truthful information you have the right to share. You grant Machineworthy permission to review, edit, summarize, and publish that material for the directory. Inclusion, wording, placement, and removal remain editorial decisions.
Claimed profiles and sponsorships
A claimed profile verifies control of a company or product domain; it does not buy a score or endorsement. Paid placements are labeled. Checkout terms shown at purchase control price and renewal. If a claimed profile fails ownership or eligibility review, the payment is refunded. Work normally begins within five business days. Future renewals can be canceled before renewal through the Stripe option provided with the purchase; prior periods are not prorated except where law requires.
Third parties
Machineworthy does not operate listed products and is not responsible for their content, uptime, security, pricing, performance, or privacy practices. External links are provided for research.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse forms, impersonate others, submit malware or unlawful material, scrape in a way that degrades the service, or attempt to bypass security controls.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Machineworthy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the directory or third-party products. If a paid Machineworthy service creates direct liability, the maximum is the amount paid for that service during the prior 12 months.
